In Conversation with Administrators

Principals are important people within your journey as an educator.

You will hear from three different adminstrators who each have the privilege of leading three very different schools in our Sun West School Division.

​

As you listen to the messages from the Admistrators, take note of the simliarites they share. Notice what differences they have also.  It will be important for you to take time to get to know your adminstrator and what they would like you to know and understand about the school's processes, procedures and just what makes the school tick.

Once piece of advice I have is that you never ever need to feel like you are in this business of education alone. There is support all around you and all you need to do is reach out, connect, collaborate and grow on.
